RGA Privacy Policy

 

​This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Restaurant Growth Advisors  collects, uses, discloses and shares personal information when you use our websites including www.restaurantgrowthadvisors.com (the “Site”) and any of our affiliated websites, applications, or any of our services including  RGA Done-For-You™ Services (the “RGA Services”), Orders Now (GetOrdersNow.com), Win Rewardz Media (WinRewardzMedia.com), Rewardz (WinRewardz.com), and FoodieFans (GoFoodieFans.com) (“RGA Affiliates”) (herein, “we,” “us,” or “our”). A current list of RGA Affiliates may be found by accessing the Site.
 

By using our Site or any RGA Services you agree to our collection, usage, disclosure and sharing of your personal information as described in this RGA Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without personally notifying you, and you are responsible for updating yourself and your organization by accessing the most current version of this RGA Privacy Policy.

In addition to this RGA Privacy Policy, if you are a Business user of any RGA Services, your usage of the Site and RGA Services is also governed by the RGA Done-For-You™ Service Order and the RGA Done-For-You™ Services Agreement, made available to you separately via your portal on the RGA Platform.

Our RGA Site or the Done-For-You™ Services may refer, or link, to third-party websites, services or products. We do not control and are not responsible for such third-party sites nor for the marketing or other activities conducted on or by those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of those sites.


What We Collect 

Visitors to and Users of the Site.  We may collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, device information and any other information you choose to provide when you fill out a form on our Site or otherwise communicate with us.

Business.  If you are a Business (as defined in the applicable RGA Services Order), or an authorized representative of a Business, we may collect your personal information in connection with your application to use, and use of, the Site and any RGA Services.  When you apply to, or use any RGA Services we collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, Location and additional contact information that you may be asked to provide.  We will also collect your Business’ federal tax identification number or, in the absence of a tax ID number, your personal Social Security number, and information related to your bank account, payment card and credit card.
 

Customer Ordering via any RGA Done-For-You™ Services:  When you place a Customer Order via the RGA Services or otherwise use any RGA Services we collect personal information  that you furnish to us at that time, including  your name, delivery address and any special instructions, mobile phone number, email address,  date of birth (to verify you are at least 18 years old), your credit or debit card payment information, your Customer Order details, and information on your RGA or other applicable Loyalty Program membership. Please note that RGA may be administering loyalty and rewards programs that are issued by parties other than RGA, and thus may collect your personal information as administrator of such program(s). Please note that your credit and debit card information is used by our third-party payment processor and that RGA itself does not collect, retain, process, store or sell that information. The privacy policy of our payments processor governs its use of your personal information by them.

Delivery Drivers.  When you use any RGA Services to pick up and deliver a Customer Order, you will be required to sign into our Site, and at that time we will collect your personal information including name, address, drivers license number, mobile phone number, and the third-party ordering app or entity with which you are associated and, in that connection, your driver ID or other applicable identifier assigned to you by that app or entity.
 

​Other Site or RGA Services Users.  When you use our Site or any RGA Services, we may also automatically collect certain information about your computer device, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and other technical information when you visit our Site. This information is typically collected through cookies or other tracking technologies. If you submit a contact form or request any RGA communications, we will collect your personal information including name, email address, mobile phone number, etc., to respond to your request.
 

​How We Use Your Information 

We use the personal information we collect to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us. We may also use your personal information to communicate with you about our services, products or promotions, including our RGA Done-For-You™ Services and those of our other related RGA Affiliates, and to improve our Site. When you place a Customer Order for food or beverages through the RGA Services Platform, we use your personal information to share it with the Business that supplies such food or beverages and the delivery service that delivers your Customer Order, or the payment processor. We may use the technical information we collect to diagnose and resolve technical problems with our Site, to analyze trends and usage patterns on our Site or the RGA Services Platform, and to enhance and personalize your experience on our Site.
 

​How We Share Your Information 

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us to operate our Site and the RGA Done-For-You™ Services, such as hosting and email providers, vendors, service providers, food and beverage providers, delivery services, payment processors and other suppliers. We may also share your information with our marketing partners and RGA Affiliates in order to help us provide you with relevant information about our services.
 

We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third-party entities for the independent use by such third-party (or any other entity) without your consent. We may share your personal information with third parties in connection with the acquisition, sale, merger or other corporate transactions involving RGA.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal request.
 

We do not sell, as defined under the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) your personal information to third parties. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.
 

Your Right to Delete Your Personal Information

We may retain your personal information that you have provided to you for at least twenty-four (24) months pursuant to the provisions of the CCPA. We will delete your personal information after such period upon your written request.
 

​Your Choices 

You may choose not to provide us with certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of our Site or to receive certain services from us.

You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in the email. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you administrative emails related to your account or transactions with us.

You may request to access, correct, update, and or delete your personal information by contacting us at the number and email address provided below.
 

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and RGA Services are expressly directed to, and intended for use by, persons who are 18 years of age or older. When you use our Site or RGA Done-For-You™ Services you are representing and promising that you are at least 18 years old. Users of Our Site or RGA Services Outside of California

Our Site and RGA Done-For-You™ Services are intended for users and Customers located within the State of California, U.S.A. If you use or attempt to use our Site or RGA Services from outside the State of California, be aware that your jurisdiction may have privacy laws or requirements that are different from those in California. In particular, if you use our Site or any RGA Services from a location within the European Union, note that we will transfer your personal information to locations outside the EU, including to the United States, to process and store it. We may transfer your personal information from California to other States or countries in connection with our storage, processing or fulfilling your Customer Orders or otherwise delivering our RGA Services. When you use the Site or any RGA Done-For-You™ Services you are consenting to such storage, transfer, and processing by RGA.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by email (if you have provided us with your email address), by notice in your Business’ portal on the RGA Platform, or by posting the updated Policy on our Site.
